Derek Muller is the host and creator of the popular science YouTube channel, Veritasium, which has garnered over 13.5 million subscribers and 2 billion views. He has hosted award-winning international broadcast documentaries, Uranium: Twisting the Dragon’s Tail, Vitamania, and Digits. He was a correspondent on the Netflix show, Bill Nye Saves the World, and a presenter on the Australian science show, Catalyst. He hosted the Google Science Fair, the Intel International Science and Engineering Fair, and co-hosted the March for Science in 2017 on the Washington Mall.He has won two Streamy Awards for science and education. He holds degrees in Engineering Physics from Queen’s University in Canada and a PhD in Physics Education Research from the University of Sydney.
