Ventures Beyond Science Station
125 S. Central Ave

Come and join us for the first ever trifecta celebration of legendary events in space! Yuri Gagarin’s First Man in Space April 12 1961, first Space Shuttle (Columbia) flight April 12 1981, as well as the 50th anniversary of the Apollo 13 lunar mission April 11, 1970.

To celebrate the day, we will have personal space themed paintings, created by local schoolchildren in the Marshfield area. Party with a purpose with painting proceeds supporting the new Science Station where kids of all ages will be immersed in STEM/STEAM education programs, as well as green living & sustainability initiatives! venturesbeyondllc.com

Long sleeved t-shirts commemorating this special day will be for sale for $30. All proceeds will go to the Foundation for International Space Education who provide space based academic instruction to international pre-university students from underdeveloped countries, while offering an introduction and orientation to the aerospace industry. Under the direction of engineers, scientists and leaders in the aerospace industry, students design their own exciting Manned Mission to Mars. https://www.unitedspaceschool.org/

Three special space based items will be raffled off with all proceeds going to Charity Water. 1 in 10 people lack access to clean water. Charity Water is a non-profit organization bringing clean, safe drinking water to people in developing countries. https://www.charitywater.org/

Come “spacetacular” dressed for the evening and win a special memento to remember the night.
