As a tribute to Yuri Gagarin’s first human spaceflight, we are hosting a free, panel discussion on Wednesday evening April 15, 2015 as part of our Lunar Surface Applications (LSA 5 workshop). This panel discussion is free and open to the public.

It is entitled “Isolated and Dangerous: Analogue Research for Human Space Exploration”. Panelists include representatives from KSC Swamp Works/Desert RATS, HI-SEAS, NASA’s NEEMO Program, Aquarius Reef Base, MDRS and FMARS. A Q&A session and a social meet and greet will follow the panel discussion.

So please join us, Wednesday, April 15th for an exciting discussion on analogue research and its implications for human space exploration and pay homage to the brave flight of Yuri Gagarin.
